Couldn’t ask for a better place to live! Love everything about this place. The people who work here(Bill, Marissa, Sylvester & Eric)……AMAZING! The amenities………..AMAZING! The location………..AMAZING! Honestly, my family (wife, daughter, and two yorkies) and I have lived here going on our second year and everyday it gets better and better. If you ever get a chance to call this place home, don’t hesitate, just do it!!

This place is amazing!!! I have lived here for over five years. This current team is providing A+++ customer service. Live close to downtown with gorgeous views of the river and Mt Hood. A perfect place!!!

My partner and I have loved our time living at Boathouse! Nothing beats the view from the community patio. The area is quiet and a great location for walks along the river. Residents are friendly and respectful and the management team is attentive, friendly and professional. We cannot recommend this apartment enough to people!
